We kindly ask that all visits be booked at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Holiday periods may require earlier booking due to high demand.
We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to be flexible.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and credit card payments.
By booking with us, you authorize us to seek veterinary care for your pet in case of emergency. We will always attempt to contact you first, but your pet’s well-being comes first. All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.
